Do you track flights for airport pickups at Newark, JFK and LaGuardia?
Yes. Every airport pickup is monitored through an FAA-connected flight-tracking system, so your chauffeur is timed to your actual arrival, not the scheduled one. If your flight lands early or late, we adjust automatically. Before pickup you receive a text with your chauffeur's name, phone number, vehicle and plate number.
