Wedding vehicles

  • Stretch limousine — seats up to 11, with leather seating, flat-screen TVs and a Bluetooth sound system. See the stretch interior.
  • Limo bus — seats up to 14, with forward-facing leather seats, LED lighting and a sound system. See the limo bus interior.
  • Luxury sedans and SUVs — for a couple or a small group.
  • Shuttle vans and larger coaches — shuttle vans for up to 14 passengers from our own fleet, and larger coaches for big groups through our affiliate partners.

Matching vehicles to your wedding party

  • The couple or a small party (2–6): a stretch limousine or luxury sedan.
  • A full bridal party (8–14): the limo bus, or two stretch limousines.
  • Guests between ceremony and reception: shuttle vans or coaches, scheduled alongside the bridal party.

Guest transportation and shuttles

For large weddings we schedule guest shuttles between hotels, the ceremony and the reception on the same timeline as the bridal party, so no one is left waiting for a ride. One coordinator plans every vehicle, from the couple’s stretch limousine to our 14-passenger limo bus and shuttle vans, with larger coaches arranged through our affiliate partners when your guest count calls for them.

Wedding extras

Every wedding vehicle can be decorated, and a champagne toast is available on request for guests 21 and over. Bachelor and bachelorette party transportation is discounted when you book a wedding package.

How wedding pricing works

Event service is billed hourly with a 4-hour minimum, from pickup to final drop-off. Tolls and parking are added after the event, and 20% gratuity is added.

How far ahead should we book our wedding limo?

As soon as your date and venues are set. Peak-season dates book 6–12 months ahead; off-peak dates usually need 3–6 months.

Can you coordinate several vehicles for a large wedding?

Yes. We schedule every vehicle around one timeline so the couple, the bridal party and the guests all arrive when they should.

Do you drive to venues outside Middlesex County?

Is gratuity included?

A 20% gratuity is added to the base rate, and goes to your chauffeur.
